Join Katrina, creative founder and designer of Rowandean Embroidery, from the United Kingdom. During her workshops Katrina will share her techniques of layering with the use of threads, ribbons and textiles, creating these stunning affects.
Inspired by landscapes this project uses chunky yarns and textured threads to create stunning pictures. See how easy it is to create with colour and texture. Katrina has used the gentle colours of Cumbria and the vibrant poppies in Derbyshire, however you may be inspired to work with the landscape colours of Australia. Katrina will have a selection of threads available to use should students alter the colour options.
